A MOMENT PAUSED⏸️

The universe has it's ways of speaking to us.

Through words or actions that forcefully pulls our attention to somethings we have been so ignorant about so we could discover something new or learn a thing or two...
These moments are inevitable in a lifetime ; it could be during the day or once a year.

 A moment when we are broken down into different puzzle pieces and we are asked to rearrange it till we get the right picture.

 For some it's the moment you are faced with the greatest trial or loss of a loved one. But when you get through it, you blossom and you are launched into a rebirth of a golden age.

However, some leave the paused moment with scars because they focused more on the pain rather than thinking of what if there was something beautiful waiting to be discovered ..

 A moment paused creeps in through a relationship, our family, friends or a pandemic. We are thereby forced to feel the pain and yet still see the beauty it creates.

 Whenever there is a moment paused, it's a signal; the universe telling us there is more you can be.

 A moment paused is the ideal time to deeply see things for not what they are but the meaning and memories they build...

When experiencing a moment paused, embrace it and thrive through it. It will be hurtful and dark but the best way to get through it is to bear in mind that nothing happens without a reason.

 You might feel stuck but it isn't the end. It's the beginning of a fresh start but before getting there strength has to be built for what is about to come. That's where the beauty of a moment paused sets in, its a special time to rebuild.

    this struck a nerve. Indeed, If we can reflect on tht time we have currently on our hands, you will see that there is a lot we can do if we remove our focus from the prevailing challenges .
